System Control Road Fleet Executive
Location: Dublin (Remote working available as per Remote Working Policy)
Salary: €57k-€69K (Yearly increments apply)
Contract Hours: 36 hour per week (Mon-Fri)
Annual Leave: 25 days rising to 28 after 4yrs
Contract Duration: Fixed Term leading to permanency

Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail are recruiting a System Control Road Fleet Executive within the Infrastructure Management (IM) Department to join us for an exciting phase of growth within the railway sector.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced colleagues who wish to be considered for the above position reporting to the Road Fleet Manager, IM. This role is required to assist in the ongoing management and set up of the Digital Fleet Management Platform (DFMP) requirements for the Road Fleet Dept within the IM. In this role you will be responsible for/ assist with road fleet operations, to include Vehicle set up, tenders, BIK, fuel, tolls, damage repairs, insurance details etc. and all vehicle related activity, generating financial reporting, and periodic reporting to local line managers.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in Data entry and the management of Data from multiple sources
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office with a particular proficiency in the Excel
- Experience generating reports from online platform
- Experience and knowledge in API’s that allows data to sync between multiple platforms and can facilitate communication among the various vendor web applications to our DFMP host platform
- Experience in a large road fleet dept environment inputting data and integrating to a Digital host platform
Desirable:
- A knowledge of the SAP Financial and Controlling modules.
