Executive Assistant to Director Capital Investment
Location: Inchicore
Salary – Exec B €55,733-€67,754 (6 year scale)
The Director Capital Investment invites applications for the position of Executive Assistant to Director Capital Investment.
The primary function of this role is to assist with the administration support for the Capital Investment (CI) division. This role will report directly to the Director CI who will assign roles and duties to support the smooth operation of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for the Director Capital Investments among executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the Director’s calendar.
- Organise travel and logistical arrangements as required.
- Production of information for internal and external communication, to include presentations, reports and similar communications.
- Organise meetings and compile meeting records.
- Administrative duties associated with process development/policy development and people management.
- Provide administration support where required to the Capital Investments team.

Essential Requirements:
- Third Level Qualification
- Strong communication/administration skills
- Ability to manage and deliver to multiple project deadlines simultaneously
- High level of proficiency with MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams)
- Demonstrable organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative
