Clerical Administration Support
Position: Clerical Administration Support, Finance Department, IM
Location: Based in Inchicore, Dublin 8. (Hybrid working arrangements applicable, as per IÉ Remote Working policy).
Salary: 48k (Yr1) up to 50k (Yr3) per annum (Commensurate with suitable Qualifications & Experience) – Increments are applied annually on the anniversary of commencement date in the role.
Contract Hours: 36-hour per week.
Contract Duration: Fixed Term initially leading to permanency.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 20 days per annum, rising to 21 after 1 years’ service, and 22 on
completion of 4 years’ service.

IM Finance is now searching for experienced candidates to join the growing Finance team in the busy working environment of the Infrastructure Management business. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and energetic individual who will be required to assist in overseeing a wide range of office tasks and support the team to maintain an efficient work environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office administrator, Coordinator, or similar role within a finance office for a minimum of 2 years.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and Word
- Ability to meet all deadline requirements, meet completion expectations and present accurate information.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- An excellent team player and be able to work using own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Membership of Accounting Technician Ireland
- Part qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
