Customer Care and Accessibility Executive
Iarnród Éireann are delighted to welcome applications from those interested in the role of Customer Care and Accessibility Executive, based in Connolly. The role holder will make a vital contribution to the organisation by working to improve the experiences that customers have with Iarnród Éireann, particularly the most vulnerable, those with a disability with the goal of maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction.
Interested candidates must demonstrate the following essential criteria:
- Passionate about making a difference for our most vulnerable customers.
- Knowledge of accessibility legislation, Irish, EU and UNCRPD.
- Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering strategic goals and vision of company.
- Knowledge of company fares, Customer charter and corporate policies.
- Business Administration Diploma.
- Word, Excel, MS Teams experience essential.
Interested candidates must demonstrate the following desirable criteria:
- At least 3 years’ experience working in the disability sector

This will be a multiple-hurdle selection process including initial online application, assessment testing, competency-based interview, medical and reference checks. Candidates may be shortlisted on the basis of, experience and/or application/CV.
